Printing question - hierarchy

To print a document, I select "print this page and its children"

As Scroll Office PDF Exporter generates the Title page and the Toc, I've made the document's original title page blank.

- Original TItle Page (now blank)

- - Section 1

- - - Section 1.1

- - Section 2

etc

However..... this means I have a blank page 3 in the document's pdf.

Is there a way of printing a document without needing this blank page 3/original title page?

  Hi Ellis,

  I set up a space according to your structure and also noticed the blank page. After debugging into the Confluence I noticed that the blank page is not really blank because a invisible whitespace-character is created. We will fix the issue with http://k15t.jira.com/browse/PDF-303 in the next bugfix / minor release and update this forum entry accordingly.

  Today we released Scroll Wiki PDF Exporter 2.3.1 which solves the issue with the empty page (:
