We are using code macros throughout our documentation on the wiki.  The code is indented as you would expect.  When I export the pages, however, the indentation is stripped out.  How can I fix this?

For example:

    <code>

           <code>

Is rendered as:

<code>

<code>

<code>

  BTW, looks like the PDF exporter is flagging the code macro blocks as an error  (.error in the CSS).  The code examples are formatted with a pink background and no indentation.

  So, perhaps this is the problem?
