Cookies Notice question
Hello,
We are adding a chatbot in our site and if you are viewing it from a mobile phone, the cookie notice is displayed below the chatbot button and you cannot interact with it. Please check the attached image to see what I mean.
Is there a way to:
- bring the cookie notice to the front, so you can agree to it and then browse the site?
- if we move the chatbot button to the right, it stays on top of the content menu button. Can we move the content menu button?
We are using the cloud version.
Thank you,
Stavroula

Hi Stavroula,
Thanks for the question. First: It's always a good idea to first allow users accept cookies before running your chatbot IF that service requires third-party cookies in order to work.
In our help article we've explained how to limit the execution of scripts to those cases where visitors have accepted the cookie notice. See https://help-cloud.k15t.com/scroll-viewport/inject-custom-javascript#InjectCustomJavaScript-Onlysetcookiesifyoursitevisitorshavegivenconsent
If you think the script should run even if your visitors haven't accepted cookies (yet), then I recommend looking into moving the position of the widget. If you could let us know your site URL, we'll be happy to look into it, either here or via help@k15t.com.
Cheers,
Laura
