Scroll PDF Exporter cloud font issue
Hello,
I'm having a weird issue with all my templates that used to work fine until yesterday.
I have to use a custom font for specific words. The only way I found to achieve that, was to use the inline code/monospace style for those specific words. I have the custom font for this style and I have removed the background. The result is that those words are displayed in the custom font without the gray background, and it is exactly what I want.
However, since yesterday, this stopped working, the custom font is not rendered and there is the gray background in the export now. I have not changed anything on my side, but I saw this https://k15t.jira.com/browse/EXP-3485 from your side. Maybe it somehow affected me?
Can you please check? Also, if you have any other suggestion on how I could use one font for specific words and another font for the rest, please let me know.
Thank you, Stavroula

Hey Stavroula,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
Could you send your affected export template (downloadable as a *.data file from the template list) to us via help@k15t.com?
Additionally, could you send us an export PDF example which demonstrates the formatting change that you're experiencing (ideally providing the page number / text snippet affected)?
Can you also confirm whether you are using our app on Confluence Cloud or Server/DC?
We can then investigate this further in the context of a created support case.
Kind regards, Thomas (K15t)

Hey Stavroula,
Thanks for creating the support case. As mentioned in the created ticket our developers have confirmed that the behaviour with the Inline Code / Monospace not being applied correct results from a bug since our last release.
We will begin working on a fix soon that should hopefully be included with the next release and will allow your templates to function as expected again.
You can track the related issue here - https://k15t.jira.com/browse/EXP-3615
Many thanks,
Thomas (K15t)
