Language picker location in Viewport Cloud

For Viewport Cloud, has anyone investigated a way to move the language picker to the upper right next to the version picker for Article layouts? I understand the reasoning behind having it in the footer, but it makes it somewhat hidden for the user. Is there a way to tweak this in the CSS?
