Hi, thanks for your interest in Scroll PDF Exporter.

Could you please clarify a bit more about the issue you are facing with regards to line breaks in tables? Do you have a screenshot or a PDF file where I could see the incorrect behaviour? It would also be great if you could send me an example of how it should look like in your opinion.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Cheers,
    Roman.

    Hi Roman,

I have the same problem. In an earliere version we used CSS to stop line breaks in tables.

I recreated/rebuild a template from an earlier version but I cannot find any options about tables in the new WYSIWYG editor.

Where is an option to stop line breaks in tables and in words?

Please find a screenshot below. In the Confluence site the space is wide enough. Please see the second screenshot.

    Hi Leon,

Thanks for providing an example of the line breaks in your table.

Unfortunately, at present, there is not a specific option included in the WYSIWYG template editor which will allow you to specify/prevent such line breaks. This is a feature which we are aware our users require and we already have an open improvement for this option in our Jira system. You can keep a track of this issue here: https://k15t.jira.com/browse/EXP-1292

This improvement is included in our development roadmap for Scroll PDF Exporter, and once introduced it will improve the way in which line-breaks are calculated in tables, preventing single words from being split. At the moment I cannot provide a time-frame in regards to when this may be introduced. In recent months, we have released a number of updates for our app which have continued to return the functionality that was possible via CSS in the previous version. We, therefore, hope that this improvement will also be available early this year.

However, please sign up to our JIRA (via https://k15t.jira.com/secure/Signup!default.jspa) so that you can watch, comment and/or vote on this issue. We'll then send a notification for every status update.

    I hope this information helps.

    Thanks, Thomas
