Entire project shuts down on error
Hello, some of our projects have issues syncing certain jira issues, when there is an error for a single issue, the entire project stops syncing and needs to be restarted manually
Is there any way for it to stay up and continue syncing, while also warning about an error? Right now, we have a production jira instance that has to sync over to another jira instance, if a single issue has error on sync, the entire project stops and this causes discrepancy, I am considering using react-event apps like Stackstorm to keep the project up in case of failure.
Can this be configured somewhere in Backbone to have the project continue staying up even in case of an issue failure?

Hi Mike,
usually, Backbone only stops the sync for a single issue if an error with this issue occurs. So, usually it should stay up and keep syncing.
Please create a private support ticket and send us your Backbone support.zip which you can find in the troubleshooting section for your integration. If you could additionally, provide us a rough date and time when the error/stopping occurred, this would speed up our analyzation.
Cheers,
Matthias.
