How do I link to a specific version?
Assume that:
- There is a page containing requirements for a software development project.
- The development project is started based on the requirements specified on page version 5.
- The page is updated and the latest version is now 6.
How do I ensure that any links made, e.g. in JIRA, to this page only will display the page version that was the basis for the onoing development project?

Hi Mathias,
Thanks for reaching out.
At the moment there is no way of linking to a specific version in Scroll Document Versions. However, we are tracking a feature request for this in our JIRA at https://k15t.jira.com/browse/SDV-4. Please sign up at https://k15t.jira.com/secure/Signup!default.jspa to watch, comment on or vote for this issue. We'll then send a notification for every status update.
Until this feature is implemented, however, we have a simple workaround, which involves linking directly to the archived space which Scroll Document Versions uses to store the saved version you want to link to.
1. Go to the page where you have your versions.
2. Click the Document Versions byline item and click the version you want to link to.
3. In the Document Versions viewer, click the information icon in the upper right corner.
4. Go to the corresponding space (versions created with Scroll Document Versions are stored as archived spaces in the Confluence system).
5. Browse to the page you want to link to
6. Copy the link.
If you have any further questions about Scroll Document Versions, I'll be happy to help.
Cheers, Tom.

Hi Mathias,
Just to let you know, we have now introduced the ability to link to document versions.
Please see this document for precise details on how to do this: https://help.k15t.com/scroll-documents/latest/link-to-a-version-132328347.html

Hi Tom, I am considering Confluence Cloud Scroll Documents, and I wonder if you could update your answer to the issue of linking various versions of the same wiki page *for public viewing* in Confluence Cloud.
I have read a few conflicting statements on this functionality, and I do realize that many upgrades (including the entire new release of Scroll Documents for Confluence Cloud) are recent. Thank you!
