Hi,

I was wondering if its possible to retrieve the search history of a user. The idea is to collect a users search history so he can quickly go back to previously searched terms within an HTML Export.

  Thanks for reaching out.

  I assume you're referring to the full-text search feature in the exported files when exporting with Scroll Webhelp Theme?

  Out of the box it's not possible to have a search history in there, however you could try to adapt eh theme to record the search terms the user entered and then display them somewhere.
  If you want to store this information user specific, you could use the browser's local storage, or if the files are hosted on another server you could use whatever JavaScript accessible storage you feel comfortable with.

  I hope that information helps to get your template designer started with the implementation.
