Good afternoon!
I ask for help, I use The help center theme, using custom.js I implement the script as it says here (https://help.k15t.com/scroll-viewport/2.20/server/general-third-party-app-implementation -172592118.html).
But anonymous users still have an endless spinner.
What am I doing wrong? could you show step by step instructions on how to enable this macro.

  Unfortunately, the implementation you point to is only valid for custom developed themes. You're using the help center theme which doesn't allow for this implementation.

  If you're looking for a rating tool for the help center theme, I recommend to look into a non Confluence based third-party service that you can inject as Javascript into the help center theme.

  I can't share any specific recommendations but an example provider of such a service would be Hubspot.
